Edo State Deputy-Govnor, Philip Shaibu has advised Governor Godwin Obaseki to apologize to the people of Edo state, having seen his candidate,Asue Ighodalo lost the governorship election last Saturday.
The Deputy Governor said this in an interview on Arise Television on Monday.
Mr. Shaibu who earlier fell out with Governor Obaseki before the election said he felt vindicated.
‘’I came first from my unit to ward and in my local goment’’, Shaibu revealed.
Nigeria’s electoral body, the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) on Sunday declared Senator Monday Okpebholo winner, after defeating his opponents.
