Nigeria’s National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) are looking for an ex-beauty queen, Aderinoye Queen Christmas for her alleged involvement in drug trafficking.
The agency said she escaped when her home in Lagos was raided by officers last week.
She is the former Miss Commonwealth Nigeria Culture 2015/2016.
In a statement released by the NDLEA, it said the ex beauty queen’s home was raided after “an incredible” tip off that she had been involved in illegal substances.
“Recovered from her home during the search witnessed by the estate officials include 606 grams of Canadian Loud, a synthetic strain of cannabis, an electronic weighing scale, large quantities of drugs packing plastics,” the agency revealed.
She is the founder of Queen Christmas Foundation and is yet to comment on the allegations.
