Nigeria’s Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-governmental Affairs said it has postponed its scheduled conference for stakeholders in local government administration, “due to unforeseen circumstances”.
The Annual Conference is for stakeholders and government officials involved in local government administration in Nigeria. It aims to address critical national issues, with a view that effective governance extends to grassroots level.
“The Honourable Minister, Zaphaniah Jisalo, regrets the inconvenience caused by this postponement”, the Ministry’s head of Press and PR, Anastasia Ogbonna said in released statement.
She confirmed that a new date will be communicated to all concerned.
