Nigeria’s Ministry of Women Affairs has expressed sympathy to the victims of the recent fire outbreak at a local market located in Karu in the country’s northern Nasarawa State.
The fire incident which happened at the Masaka Market led to loss of goods and properties.
“The Ministry shares in the grief of all those affected. Our thoughts are with the traders and families who have been impacted by this disaster. The Ministry sympathizes with the people of Karu during this difficult time”, a statement issued from the Office of the Minister of Women Affairs read.
